D3CareerSolutions is a not-for-profit global organization that specifically serves individuals in developing nations who have the strongest need for career coaching. Because you are unique, each coaching program will be tailored to your unique needs. The idea behind D3CareerSolutions was born in 2013 when I visited Sierra Leone and had the honor of speaking at a few secondary schools and participated in their career day. Interacting with students and school professionals made me realize the need for adequate and appropriate career planning.
Career exploration and planning is more than just a job search. Career decision making involves increasing self-awareness, exploring career options, as well as developing self marketing skills. Career coaches and students work together in developing career plans. A career coach can stimulate your thinking, ask important career planning questions to help clarify goals, provide encouragement, teach you strategies for making meaningful career decisions, and help you plan your job search.
